Fleet members operate independently while benefiting from guidance, continued education, structure, and community within the RVAD network.

STEP 1

Submit Application for Review

Start by applying to join the RVAD Media Communications Fleet.

Your application allows us to review your interest in remote customer service opportunities and confirm that you meet the basic requirements for servicing clients through the platform.

Once submitted, our team will review your application and provide instructions for the next step in the process.

Requirements typically include:

• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet workspace
• Professional communication
• Ability to work independently

Platform Registration

STEP 3

Complete Platform Registration

After onboarding, you will complete your registration through the service platform and officially select RVAD Media Communications as your Independent Business Owner (IBO).

During this step you will create your service account and gain access to available client programs.

Important:
When registering, be sure to use the RVAD referral code or registration link provided during onboarding. This ensures your account is properly connected to the RVAD Fleet network.

Registering with the correct referral code allows you to receive guidance, resources, and ongoing support from the RVAD Media Communications team.

Once your registration is complete, you can move forward with selecting a client program and beginning certification.

STEP 2

Complete Onboarding

Once your application is approved, you will begin the RVAD onboarding process.

During onboarding, you’ll receive guidance on how the independent contractor model works, what tools you’ll use, and how to navigate upcoming registration steps.

This stage ensures you understand how to operate successfully within the RVAD Fleet network.

Our goal is to make sure every fleet member begins with clarity and confidence.

Client Selection & Certification

STEP 4

Select a Client Program

Once registered, you’ll be able to view available client programs.

These programs represent major companies that need professional remote support agents.

Each program includes details such as:

• Certification requirements
• Available service hours
• Support type (customer service, sales, technical support)

You can choose programs that match your schedule and goals.

Certification Insight

Many client programs offer structured certification courses designed to prepare you before you begin servicing.

Programs typically run between 4–6 weeks, with some offering paid certification opportunities depending on the client.

This ensures you are confident, prepared, and ready to represent major brands professionally.

STEP 5

Begin Servicing

After completing certification, you’ll begin servicing customers remotely from your home.

Fleet members log into the platform during their selected hours and provide professional support on behalf of the brand they are certified for—building consistency, experience, leadership, and income over time.

As part of the RVAD Fleet, you’re operating independently—but never without structure or support.

You’ll have access to:
